Awards and Honors

Kristen Carter, a university counselor at Rochambeau: The French International School (MD), was inducted into Chi Sigma Iota, an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling. Carter was invited to join based on her grad school GPA (3.98) and a professor recommendation.

Members on the Move

Joe Rainboth is now director of admissions at Black Hills State University (SD). He was previously an education program specialist at the South Dakota Department of Education.


Tyler Tucky
is now regional assistant director at North Carolina State University. He was previously regional enrollment manager at the University of Dayton (OH).


Judith Stahl
is now assistant director of college counseling at Detroit Country Day School (MI). She was previously a college & career counselor at Seaholm High School (MI).


Did you land a new job? Receive an award? Publish a book? Let NACAC know what you’ve been up to by filling out our survey. Member updates will be published quarterly. The survey should be used to report accomplishments from the third quarter (July 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2020). You must be a current member in good standing with NACAC to have your news featured.
