Of that group, 68 percent were female, and 51 percent were male.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Female students are also more likely to worry a lot about getting into the college of their choice. About 37 percent of female students said they worried compared to 26 percent of male students.<\/p>\n<p>The survey also highlighted socioeconomic and educational differences.<\/p>\n<p>More than 70 percent of students whose parents have at least a bachelor&#8217;s degree or whose family income was at least $75,000 plan to enroll at a four-year college, compared to less than 50 percent of students who come from families with lower education levels and incomes.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ashley Dobson is NACAC\u2019s communications manager for content and social media.
