But the association noted that other provisions in the president\u2019s immigration proposal \u201ccould jeopardize what is truly needed\u2014a permanent solution for DREAM-eligible students.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComprehensive immigration reform, a topic on which there has been some bipartisan agreement, will require significant time and consideration by Congress.
